Locate the items you'd like to purchase by searching through our extensive lists of brands or product categories or by simply selecting the required category or by entering the name of the perfume.

Click the "Add to Cart" link for those items you'd like to purchase.
Once you have finished shopping and have reviewed your order, proceed to the checkout page and follow the step-by-step process to complete and submit your purchase.

Q. Will I be charged sales tax?

Only orders shipped to an address in New York State will be charged applicable sales tax.

Q. Can I return merchandise?

Yes, your satisfaction is extremely important to us, therefore, we urge you to follow the return procedure below, as this will assist us in making sure that all returns are properly credited.

Return Policy

We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue any credit on merchandise that has been opened and/or partially used except in the case of manufacturers' defects.

For health and safety reasons, we can not accept returns or issue any refunds or credits for color cosmetics or skincare products. Please make your selections for these items carefully!

Any returned merchandise received back in our warehouse without a proper "Return Merchandise Authorization" (RMA) is not eligible for a refund or credit and will be returned to the purchaser. For details on how to obtain an RMA, see our return procedure below.

All credits and/ or refunds are subject to approval and acceptance by RA Fragrances

No returns will be accepted after 30 days of purchase date.

Items must be returned in their original packaging and carton.

Shipping charges will not be reimbursed except in the case of manufacturers' defects or if there was a shipping error on the part of RA Fragrances

Please insure all returns for the full value of the contents and retain the postal and insurance receipts for your records.

If your original purchase was paid for with a credit card, the card number on file will be credited for the full amount of the unopened / unused merchandise.

If your original purchase was paid for with a check, the credit amount for your unopened/unused merchandise will be applied to your RA Fragrances account and can be used toward future purchases. You will be notified via E-mail of the credit amount and the credit memo number.

If a coupon was applied toward the payment of your original purchase, you will only be entitled to receive a refund or credit for the portion of your purchase that you were charged for. You will not receive a refund or credit for the coupon amount. You will, however, receive an additional coupon that can be applied toward future purchases.

Return Procedure

We urge you to follow the procedure below as this will assist us in making sure that all returns are properly credited.

RMA's are only valid for 30 days.

Please pack returns carefully using proper cushioning material.

Once the merchandise is received back in our warehouse, a refund or a credit will be issued and you will be notified via E-mail of the amount.

For credit card refunds, please allow two billing cycles for the credit amount to appear on your credit card statement.

All credits and refunds are subject to approval and acceptance by RA FRagrances

We regret that we cannot accept returns or issue any refunds or credits to your account unless you have followed the procedures above.

Q. How do I find the products that I'm looking for?

We offer a variety of ways to navigate and search through our website making it easy for you to find exactly what you're looking for.

On every page you'll find a variety of Product Category Tabs and Search Options.

Product Category Tabs
To go directly to a specific group of products, such as Men's Section, Women's Section etc.,  click on the appropriate link located on the top of every page.

Search By Brand Name
To search for a specific brand name or to browse through the complete list of brand names that we offer, use the "Choose Brand" dropdown list. Simply select a specific brand and click the "Search" button.

Search By Category
To search for a specific category or to browse through the complete list of product categories that we offer, choose the "Select Category" dropdown list. Simply choose a category and click the "Search" button.

When using the dropdown lists, you may choose either a brand, a category, or you may choose both to help you narrow your search results.

Search By Price
To search by a price range choose the "By Price Range" dropdown list.

Search By Keyword
To use the "Keyword Search", simply enter the name of the perfume in the "Keyword Search" space provided on the top of every page and click the "Go" button or hit the "Enter" button on your keyboard.
